GENERAL INFORMATION
· These terms of service can and will change at any time without notice.
· You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
· I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason (I also have the right not to tell you that reason).
· If you want something specific (Expression // background // pose // etc.) please let me know. If you wanted something completely different after the commission is over, you will not receive a refund.
· Once my work is purchased and payment is made, a sketch will be submitted for approval.
· Commissions will not be shared on my social networks, without your prior authorization.
· I reserve the right to modify / resell any sketch that has been rejected.
· Minor retouching will be completely free. ( 3 max. per sketch )
· Changes from the LINEART will have an extra charge depending on the complexity.
So please, try to be clear and specific at the beginning.
· It is NOT allowed to sell prints of my work or claim them as your own, copy or use for profit.
· Drawings may be posted on other websites by the commissioner if credit is given.
· My style may vary a bit, that's because I'm always trying new techniques. Remember that I do not imitate styles and I will not change my style if you ask me to. Take this into account if you want to request a commission. My art is constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the artwork you will receive (style of linearts , method of coloring, composition)
· Commissions will be made in the order they were paid to me. In case you want to know how much is left for the delivery of your commission, ask me or you can also see my Work Status"PAYMENT
· I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfers and deposits in Oxxo.
· Payment is in advance. You will pay me after I accept your commission.
· I don't start work until I get paid.
· I will not reduce prices for specific commissions (Do not try to haggle with me to get a discount).
· I have the right to charge extra for difficult or highly detailed characters.REFUNDS
· There’s NO REFUND. Unless if for some reason I can’t do your commission anymore.
· Mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when I make them.
· All commissions I make are for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. You shouldn't profit from my work without discussing it beforehand and coming to terms with me.
